Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant to join a dynamic healthcare team in Greensboro, North Carolina. Responsibilities

• Room patients, enter medical histories, and medication information.
• Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and patient follow-up.
• Answer patient questions and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day in a fast-paced setting.
• Support providers and team members as needed to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist with other clinical and office responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous Medical Assistant experience.
• Medical Assistant certification is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and pivot between responsibilities with ease.
• Comfortable working with older adults, including patients experiencing dementia or memory-related conditions.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $18 - $19.50 per hour
